New to this and asking for advice

Hello. This is my very first post and I am hoping that someone with far greater knowledge might be so kind as to help me on a couple of questions.

I have a DJI Phantom 4 and my camera on it seems to move indiscriminately and all the way over to where it shows the legs of the Phantom. I have done the process of calibrating the gimbal. Also the video it records is shuddering and breaking off and on. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Aloha
