New to flying

I'm new to flying drones, Wanted to expand my photography and I thought this is an excellent way to do it. I'm in Wisconsin and i have the P3 standard. any tips or tricks for getting the best out of it would be appreciated.

My recommendation (as always) is to read the online manual... and then read it again.

Liberty, my P3S was exactly for the same reason; expand on my photography. My first few weeks of flying was limited to a wide open field. Simple missions flying out and back. Get a feel for the controls. And don't forget the simulator. Good practice for understanding how everything works.

I was in the same boat as you a month ago (bought a Spark on Jan 3rd and 10 days later passed my FAA Part 107 exam and bought a Phantom 4 Pro Obsidian).

I watched a TON of youtube videos and have practiced quite a bit. Here's a bunch of youtuber's that I found to be fantastic.

The good thing about all of these is that they are film makers/photographers.
