New Phantom 3 owner from Tomball, TX

Just purchased a Phantom 3 Professional that should be delivered to my doorstep this week. I've done a ton of research between all the different brands of drones out there and the Phantom 3 series just seemed to fit the bill the best, for the price, so I pulled the trigger. Very excited.

The only thing I've heard, negatively, about the Phantoms were about their customer service and parts availability/ service? Hoping the product shines and I don't have to worry about that.

Looking forward to learning more about this bird and seeing what others recommend, along with any tips and tricks out there.

got my Phantom in the mail yesterday. Firmware updates were fairly easy and straight forward and painless. I was up and flying in no time at all. Happy with my purchase so far!
