You seem to be alone with that problem so I doubt its firmware related...

ummmm, no he's not alone my camera did it yesterday I just noticed it . I was reading some others are having the same problem on another thread I don't remember which one though.
It seemed that it did it when I went past the 90° straight down angle. I don't know maybe 93/95 degrees.

I suggest you report your findings to DJI so they can start on a fix for it then

Look for other threads... there are MANY People with this problem!
