Those are indeed for registration forms but for Manned Aircraft and other (UAS) that for whatever reason aren't registered via DroneZone (Govt entity, Public Safety Use etc). This is if you want to get an N# or if you need to re-register your N#.

I highly suggest any UAS operations avoid this route as it's cumbersome and just not worth the hassle unless you have a LEGIT reason to not use Drone Zone.
 
I done drone test here in Canada this spring and it wasn’t as bad as what I had read that it was going to be. Got little over 80% on it.


I think you may have replied in the wrong post. This is about FAA Drone Registration forms.
