Need to replace controller battery

Went and flew a little over nine minutes. My third light started blinking. I only had about three and a half lights to start with. Came home put it on charge. tI will not show four lights. Charges up and cuts itself off with three and a half lights showing. Guess I need to check the voltage of the battery after it shows charged up.

I have the same problem with my P4p controller. I've taken it apart 3 times and heated the component next to the 4th charging light. I'm using a heat gun that I formed a directional nozzle out of aluminum foil. It's really not that difficult to take apart the controller. You just need the proper size screw driver and a plastic spudger. Just take your time and follow the directions on the video posted earlier. I was a bit timid about heating up the component, but I heated for about 1 minute 20. I covered nearby parts of the circuit board with aluminum foil to protect them.

Good Luck
