Need Help

Just got my new P3S and have my video set to MP4 and when I plug my micro card into my windows 7 laptop it tells my it can't read the card because it doesn't recognize the CODEC. Upon rehearse I find CODEC is a compression file system and how would I make my computer read my micro card? Never had any problems with my P2V+. Why did DJI mix this up?

Vlc media player has all the codecs you need maybe try and install that then try
