Hi guys bought my first drone today and got everything set up downloaded the app and when it comes to registering my email address it keeps telling me that it is already registered any suggestions on how to fix this

Sounds like you forgot the password, have you tried resetting it, just visit dji.com and try to login and choose forgot password, also the app is terrible at logging in sometimes, although great when you do, I would reset the password and try again

By the way there is no such things as a phantom 2 professional, only a Phantom 3 professional
