HI have you tried changing transmission channels to find clear channel,,,,try start with SD card out and then put card in drone,,,could also try reinstall of app,,might get that bug out

Restarting the phone / tablet works for me.

A dodgy SD card can give you this problem, it is usually accompanied by a limp gimble also.
