Need help with Phantom 3 Standard

I have a Phantom 3 Standard, it is my first drone so I am very new. When I followed the directions to set it up, I got to the part where you connect to the Drone's WiFi and the activation prompt ( that is supposed to happen the first time you fly) never appeared. So, when I click on camera mode, it says the controller is connected (and it will move the camera) but no picture comes from the camera, just a black screen. And I can't start the motors it anything. Should I contact DJI?
 
You may have to relink the bird and controller. Some firmware updates lately have needed that after. Try that and then see

#1 Did you get it to register with DJI?
#2 What are you using for a Mobile Device?
#3 Have you downloaded the manual?
#4 Your are following the quick set up guide that should have been included?

Let us know where you are stuck, until its registered you will not be able to start the motors.
