Need help with an h4-3D gimbal

hello, i bought a new Phantom 2 with the H4-3D gimbal kit. i plugged everything the way it should be plugged but the camera point down when i turn it on. Here's a video of my gimbal. any help will be greatly appreciated

Well you didn't follow instructions to the tee or you wouldn't have used all four tiedowns. Remove right above the camera lens and also in opposite rear corner. Many of us use zip ties instead of those plastic.

Now to your problem. Connect the RC controller to your computer and calibrate sticks and X1 (camera tilt control) if this is the new NDJ6 controller wheel is on the side. Once completed leave RC turned on and connect the P2 up and calibrate both sticks and X1 again and you'll RC cal under the basic tab in the P2 software.

That should take care of your camera tilt problem.
