So my plan to get a time lapse using the drone didn't work out the way I had hoped.
For the shot i got it would have been infinitely better just using a camera with a tripod.

Here is what I got: Top Sail Island Drone Sunrise Time Lapse
I was hoping to get something closer to this: Sunset at 400 ft Timelapse - DJI Phantom 3 Professional 4K (not my clip btw and sunset instead but you get the idea)
Although I think with the 2nd clip it is just videos sped up, not multiple photos grouped together.

A few issues I had:
High wind speeds as you can see here: HealthyDrones.com - Innovative flight data analysis that matters
I had sustained winds over 10mph and gusts over 20mph
So the video is very shaky even after trying to stabalize with software.

I should have went higher to give it more of a feel of being from a drone
(of course winds could have been even worse with a higher altitude)

Would have been nice to shoot raw but I have to wait longer between shots then

It was cloudier and windier then I would have liked but it was my last day there

Next time:
Do when less windy
Higher Altitude
Do video and speed it up instead of using photos?

Any suggestions?
