My Phantom FC40 stays at full throttle

After i disambled and paintet my Phantom the quad stays at full throttle when I put the throttle stick at 100% for a few secounds, i have done an advanced calibration and calibrated my transmitter, it looks fine.
My cousin have the same problem as me and hes is using the standard transmitter so i guess the transmitter is not to blame.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem can be?

I suspect this is normal behavior sitting on a table with no props attached. The aircraft is expecting to gain altitude but can't. Have you tried it with props on?

The control system is comprised of a closed-loop.

You have asked it to 'climb' so it is trying but can't because you have, sort-of, opened the 'loop'.
