My Dji Phantom won't work with my Turnigy 9x controller

Recently I got a Q-2D gimbal for my Gopro and a Turing 9x receiver and transmitter. I removed the stock Phantom 1 receiver and then blinded the receiver to the transmitter. Then I followed a guide on how to wire the Turnigy 9x to the Naza m2. After I had all the wires connected I plugged in the battery and all I get is a Flashing red light. I plugged the Phantom into my laptop and opened NAZAM and all I get is CFG-ERR
I tried moving around the sticks Everything seems to works except for my Rudder.. and I also noticed when I move the throttle up it also messes with the control mode switch. Can Someone please help me!! I've been trying to fix it for like 4 weeks with no joy :|
