my current hobbyist $5 license expires 12/12/2023, but no test...?

then renewed ?couple? years ago when hobbyist licensing
procedure was expected to change but no test required...
Can I continue without test until 12/12/2023 legally...?
LEGALLY, not morally, ethically, or pontificating how easy the test....

The test is very easy and tests the most basic of knowledge . For me it was mostly common sense with what should be basic flight rules/regulations.

You’ve probably already expended more time and effort then you would taking the test.

Yes! Use Air Control by Aloft.ai. It is the app that B4UFLY defers to when you need to apply for LAANC clearance should the need arise.

They both show the same airspace information, but if you use B4UFLY you will also need to install another app to apply for LAANC clearance if needed.
