MP4 File Size

Forgive me if this was answered previously. I just got my Phantom 2 Vision + and everything seems to work perfectly. However, any time I have a video file (MP4) that exceeds 1GB the file will not open. Any suggestions?

Maybe you need a more powerful PC or more ram? What program are you using to open the MP4?

Robercom, you really need to put some more detail around any error you see. The spec of the equipment you're using. What applications you're using and what you are trying to do. the more info you can provide the easier it will be to diagnose.
