MP4 file not recognised & Video juddering

Hi

I have the P4P and I had the issues of the video playback in MP4 and raw juddering and won't play as its an unsupported file.

Does anyone know what the hell is wrong with it and how to fix please. It plays fine and smoothly on the windows 10 built in film viewer but nothing else including real player, premier elements or VLC

Found problem. I had it on a H.265 and it needed to be on H.264 for anyone else that has the same issue
