Motor pulses at idle

I noticed today as I started it up the the right rear motor pulses at idle. I'm not going to try and get it in the air because I have a feeling this thing could drop on me. I purchased it form Dave's and sent him an email and am waiting on a response.

Does anybody have the number to Dave's? The number I call, (801) 619-0235, has a busy signal everytime.
