mobile or tablet?

new to this as you can see,is it best mobile or tab also if I go tab correct me if I'm wrong I don't need to be part of a mobile network I only need wifi .?

You can find a list of recommended and commonly used tablets/phones here. A Wi-Fi only device will be just fine if you do not need to use the Follow Me feature or need to be able to reset the home point to your current location after takeoff.
