Merging phantom 3 standard with phantom 3 pro

I have a newer Phantom 3 standered and a phantom 3 pro that has a bad board and been crashed My question is can i remove the litghtbridge and use the pro controller with my p3s I haven't received the p3p yet it is on its way in the mail will the board in my p3s accept the litghtbridge out of the p3a
