Mavic Air, no 5.8ghz channels available

I just purchased a mavic air fly more combo and am getting horrible range in 2.4ghz. Im told that im supposed to have channels 1-13 in 2.4ghz and 149-165 in 5.8ghz, but I only have 2-10 2.4ghz. Ive updated everything to the latest firmware and re-installed the app. Does anyone have any ideas?

Well after some research on other forums and website I’ve come to the conclusion that a lot of them Mavic air is from Best Buy are not USA ready. At least for iOS users. I myself use an iPhone X, but apparently the solution is hooking up an android phone or tablet and you will see a message that says switching country or region, then you are good to go. I luckily had an old Samsung galaxy S4 active and was able to do the trick downloading the Go 4 app through Wi-Fi
