Losing connection between Tx & Rx

I continue to lose connection between the Tx & Rx. The Return Home feature engages, it raises to 30M and then flies back to the Home location. I crashed the day earlier and it has been dropping connection ever since.

The green LED goes to Yellow. It happens randomly during flight and I haven't been able to pin do any particular activity that causes it.

Here is a short flight off Lookout Mountain Road outside Denver,. CO - the disconnect happens in the last 30 seconds.

Any ideas?

I'd open up the cover and check all the connections to the receiver (antennas and connection to Naza).
