Looking at Data logs - Best program?

I have previously read a couple of post about programs to view data logs. Which one is everyone using?

Just having a look at http://flylitchi.com/logs

What file am I meant to upload? Under my Micro SD Card in the MISC folder, then LOG folder, there are no files at all!
