Longer focal length lenses

I know the likes of ragecams.com produce a myriad of lenses for the GoPro. Has anyone have any experience of any longer focal length than 5.4mm?

I am interested to know at what point shaky video is visible due to the longer FL using a 3 axis gimbel?
