I should mention Llano Grande Resort is a 1200 site retirement community in the Rio Grande River Valley of South Texas. It consists of RV and Mobile Home sites that are either leased or privately owned.

Carmona East is the name of the street in the opening of this video. The off-leash dog park has a large water feature and the construction site will be the location of a new event and recreation center.
