Been reading here a while now. little stuck and hoping for some advice, I've looked everywhere trying to find decent info on what I'm trying to do but I cant seem to find anything on any forums. Sorry if this has been brought up a 1000 times or is a stupid question..
I've have my phantom for a while now, flying it with my spectrum dx8 and im looking to move into some video photography. As far as setup goes I already have my gopro Hero3 and am looking at the Zenmuse gimbal. Thats the easy stuff.
My issue is transmitting the live stream to the ground (just to view, no need to record as gopro will be). I want to use my Transformer PC/Tablet as the screen: http://www.asus.com/in-search-of-incred ... book-t100/
I already have it which is a bonus, but I like the idea of using the usb to power the receiver, cutting out on more batteries at the ground station and not having cables and whatnot everywhere. I've been looking at this receiver module and easycap combo.

This is where I'm stuck. As far as a transmitter, I was hoping I could upgrade the receiver antenna to something a little better, maybe a fatshark antenna: http://www.ebay.com/itm/FATSHARK-5-8GHZ ... 2c73e56714
and then use a fatshark transmitter: http://www.fatshark.com/product/1753.html
but im guessing its not as easy as that?
Just wondering if anyones used a straight to USB setup before and if anyone could help me out.
..or let me know if I'm complete heading in the wrong direction.
