Litchi: Set waypoint and camera during flight without POI

Is it possible to set waypoints in Litchi with the direction and angle of the camera without having to set a POI like Drone Harmony? Unfortunately I have to do missions on new subjects that are not present in Google Maps or in situations that do not allow a preparation on the map. Thanks

Yes. You can set your both your direction and gimbal angle at individual waypoints. Set your gimbal to interpolate then enter your angles. Note: You must have straight lines set, actions will not work with curved turns. Also, you must maintain signal when using these actions. Loss of signal will keep the last position and gimbal angle that was there before signal loss, but the mission will continue.

I don't want to set manually the drone heading and the gimbal angle but I would like it to be acquired automatically when I set the waypoint in flight as with the waypoints of Dji Go 4 or as Drone Harmony and I don't know if it is possible with Litchi.

It is not. Only POI's will do that. The settings above are waypoint settings.
