Litchi Hub won't sync w/APP

I have litchi on my iPad and iPhone as well as the hub on the computer. I made a waypoint mission on the hub but it's not syncing with the iPad or the iPhone. I confirmed I'm using the same username for all devices. Litchi was no help as they just stated that it sync's automatically and I should see it on other devices (which I'm not seeing), so I'm reaching out here. Is there a setting somewhere that I missed to sync? Has anybody else had this issue? Please help as I'm out of options.

Litchi account is case sensitive. All charactors must be exactly the same. No spaces either I belve.
