I was having issues with Litchi stalling in Pano mode. After uninstalling and reinstalling, pano mode now seems to work, however after if finishes the mission, it automatically switches to video and starts recording. Any suggestions to fix this?

Check the auto-record setting in Litchi. Don't remember exactly where it is in the settings (probably in the camera section) -- this causes Litchi to start recording when the motors start, and stop when they stop after landing. Maybe this affects video operation for panos as well (although I personally would consider this a bug).
