I have done 3 missions now where I have opted to set the speed manually for most waypoints. So WP 1 2mph, WP 2 7mph, Wp 15 (cruising speed). And for some reason, until I get to a WP set to cruising speed it stays at 1 - 3 mph. Anyone?
