Jello effect, what's wrong?

I have no idea but it works for me. it may have something to do with the system writing on the sd card at the time of my problem.

Did you try the ND filter?

Perhaps the new SD card is of faster type? The only way to prove this is insert old SD card and see if jello.

What would an ND filter cost? I see them from $5 to $60 on ebay. Is one type better than another?
