Next week I'm going on a short trip to Italy, I will be staying in and around bruneck. After searching for the regulations I still have some questions. This are the regulations I found so far:

My questions:
- Do I need to have insurance, and if I do how do I get it?
- It seems there are a lot of places banned like; rivers, nature parks etc. is it allowed to fly at these sites:
- sass de putia
- lago di braies
- tre cime di lavaredo
All of these flights will not be for commercial purposes.
And if some Italians read this - is there a lot of police surveillance to enforce these regulations?
