Is my camera faulty?

Hi all,

I'm new here, so a quick hi!

Also, I have a Phantom 3 Pro and the camera tilts up just fine--whether I'm barely turning the knob on the controller or I've turned it all the way up, but it only tilts down if I barely move the knob. It doesn't move when I turn the knob all the way to the left.

I know it's probably a smoother tilt if I barely move the knob, but I want to make sure I am not working with faulty equipment. Thanks!
