Am I completely missing something or is there no iris control with this camera? As far as I can tell exposure is set by either changing shutter speed or ISO. There should be an ability to lock down ISO and shutter at desired levels and then expose with Iris.

The aperture is fixed, this is fairly normal with what amounts to an action cam.
You have to work around it, this is why there's so much interest in ND filters.
I have a 3-stop ND filter arriving from RageCams tomorrow. It's a shame there's no iris control. There certainly is on the $500 Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera, as well as my $16k Canon C300 (That's what everyone paid when the cam first came out) and it also has built-in ND filters. Oh well...
