iPhone and iPad Camera Zoom help needed

I just switched from Android over to Apple. I have set up the DJI Go 4 Pro App for my Phantom 4 Pro on both my iPhone 8 Plus and iPad Pro using Apple's current iOS. I followed online tutorials on how to use the zoom feature which includes switching to 1080P mode and pinching the screen. I have attempted to zoom the video image on both devices without success. Is there a new process for using zoom on the iOS version of the DJI app or has the zoom feature been removed by either DJI or apple? Thanks.
