Insurance on refurbished drone

anyone attempted to get commercial insurance on a refurbished drone? If so, did you have any issues? Thanks!

I JUST got my drones covered under State Farm about two hours ago. There was no requirement for them to be new. Yes my agent knows I am 107 Commercial. The drones and all associated equipment is covered under a PAP plan. Personal Article Plan. So it does not matter refurbished or not. What matters is Proof of Purchase and serial numbers. Hope that helps.

I have my Mavic Pro and Phantom 4 Advanced refurbished insured through State Farm. I told them they are refurbished and it states so on the policy.

Mavic Pro and P4A refurbished through State Farm. They are listed on the policy as refurbished.
