InstaFlip issues

Replaced an ECS and Motor 2312 on my Phantom 2 and now im getting an Insta Flip on Takeoff. Are 2312 Motors and ESC V2.1 compatible? New to the Drone world so Im kind of stuck on what to do here. Any input is appreciated.

OK, let me get this straight, you put a Phantom 4 2312s motor on a Phantom 2?

Yes. I swapped a 4 Motors now and still have the same issue. One however is soldered to an 2.1 ESC and all other ESC are 2.0 could that eb the issues?
