Imu2 failure

I have been trying to calibrate my imu. The imu2 keeps failing. I have tried cooling it, and tapping it but it won't calibrate. What could happen if I fly without imu2 being calibrated?

IMU2 & Compass2 are used as backup, you'll be fine if others aren't failed
