Imu calibrate not working

A problem that seems to occur frequently. I found out how to fix the problem here on this forum. Unfortunately, you have to separate the top and bottom shell apart. If you go to the search section of the forum and type in IMU not working,it will pull up past threads about the issue. There will be many step by step instructions on how to do it.
If you cannot find information, post again and I can find it for you.
I need to get to work now. I’ll check back later.

The accelerometer uses a physical metal object in a magnetic field to detect movement.
It can get stuck in one direction after a crash or fall.
One solution is to smack the Drone in the correct direction to free the object.
Here's a guide to which side you need to smack, depending on the values in the sensors menu.
low negative X - back (as the metal is lodged on the back of the craft by got hit on the front)
high positive X - front
low negative Y - left (nose pointing away from u)
high positive Y - right (nose pointing away from u)
low negative Z - bottom
high positive Z - to
The end
Slapped my drone hard on all four sides
And the imu calibrated ok. Drone works great now.
