I'm stumped. I have tried everything from downgrading firmware to upgrading and all the tricks in between. Even tried the cold method. Nothing is getting me past this error. Has anyone had this problem and is there a solution?

Have you tried deleting Go4 and reinstall, just in case the app is the problem. Haven't seen this before personally. Let us know if you solve it, to help others.
Yes, Passed that already. Now trying the IMU calibration and it will not complete. Cant fly it without it. It keeps giving me that error code 13 5 mins or so into calibration. This is nerve wrenching. Been trying every day now for a week and cant get it..and btw, the calibration function on the DJI assist 2 is for visual calibration not IMU.

You have probably seen all the answers on the web by now, but I just read a thread on the Tello Pilots site that suggests the battery can cause this issue if it is not on good health.
