If I install this part on my P3P (HDMI Module) what would be a lower cost goggle choice that would be adequate?

If you have Litchi, try it's FPV images with a cheap FPV goggle and see if you are comfortable. If yes then invest in hdmi module and a hdmi google.

Whats your price range? Do you wear glasses? I use the fatshark dominator v3's. They are small and light but its harder to focus with the individual screens for me. We also use the eachine goggles 2, they have hdmi, single 5in screen and is pretty comfortable with glasses, bulky but decent price tag and picture quality is pretty darn good.
