I just pickup a 2nd Phantom 3 standard ,due I have download DJI app for phone to use both of them?

You only have to have 1 app , it will know which one you are powered up to if thats what you are asking .
You can't fly both of them at the same time from just 1 device though.

you can reset your password with your transmitter if you youtube it their is plenty of videos on it its pretty simple
