I.C.E. Video Frame Grab With Fade Effect to Photo

I Was messing with I.C.E. this morning and tried this.
The Video was processed with Director and had the usual fades from frame to frame.
While looking for a Pano with ICE this showed up so I gave it a try.

Not 100% Perfect but could have possibilities much easier than use PS5
Thought I would share.
