I live in Northeast Oklahoma where the humidity can be very high sometimes. My question is: what is the safe level of humidity to fly in before you start prop washing water in your vent holes?

The vent holes in the Phantom series are designed to carry air in (high or low humidity) regardless of what else is going on. This active cooling is the one thing that keeps the internal electronics from overheating.

So the humid air is inside regardless what you are doing. Best course of action is to not fly in fog/clouds and to keep your aircraft stored inside in a humidity controlled environment. This way any residual moisture will be remove by your HVAC system.
