How to use computer using "pencil" command

I am a newbee so this is a very basic question but I would appreciate any help ...

I am setting up missions on my home computer and am having success entering individual way points.

I have watched a bunch of YouTube videos showing the use of the "pencil" tool but this tools does not seem to be available when using a home computer. Is this tool simply not available on the computer or am I doing something wrong?

If using Litchi, the "pencil" is only available on the mobile app, not on the Litchi Mission Hub on the computer.

It would be nice if this feature was added in a future Litchi software update
