Saw a fellow P3 flier hit a branch and miraculously the P3 recovered. He hit the branch because he was coming back full speed and the braking didn't stop the P3 fast enough. So after some messing around I figured out that when you let go of the sticks and the braking begins, if you hit throttle to 100% for a second or 2, the P3 will pretty much stop in its tracks and gain maybe 5-10ft. Sometimes it stops so hard that it goes backwards a little. Stopping from full speed is reduced to like 10ft or less, usually it would be like 40ft...
