How to get your Phantom from DJI

I ordered my P3P early May. It was almost impossible to get any update and once I finally was able to establish email link (which they said they never got the first three times) I was told it would be at least May 20th before they could ship. I ordered an Inspire instead from the Copter Shop (great people with stock of P3's as well) and emailed a cancellation to DJI. 4 hours later I was notified that my P3P had shipped. This company doesn't just have the worst customer service on the planet, they are obviously and arrogantly in contempt of their U.S. market.
So, if you want a Phantom fast, you can either tell DJI to cancel or you can buy mine (when it comes brand new in the box.)
