Hi there,

I'm a new Phantom 4 Pro pilot, and I'm going to take my 107 exam tomorrow!

My question involves my previous hours as private pilot. I want to include those hours in my drone logbook, but I'm wondering should I just include my hours as pilot-in-command, or do I carry forward all my flight hours, which would include dual time as well?

Thanks!

You keep your PP logbook sep from your sUAS logbook. 2 totally different animals etc.

If RPIC was an "endorsement" on your PPL then I "might" entertain the idea of combining but they are two different licenses so you'll want to log them individually.

Why are you going through the trouble and expense of obtaining a 107 ticket if you already have a private pilot license?

Because I'm not current, and can't afford the $150/hr to get current, when my focus is aerial photography.
