Something else I forgot to stress about hand catching. Never grab a flying Phantom by the horizontal leg support while it is in flight or under power. If you do, it will just roll over and chop up your arm. Again, I am not recommending hand catching to everyone. It is dangerous. But if you exerciser caution, it can be done safely. I always do it because of the wind situation out here, and the fact that I am almost always landing in desert sand, which tends to get in the Gimbal movement if I don't.
