How longs does it take DJI to fill an order

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has experience with how long DJI take to fill an order from their on-line site?

This is the first time I have bought a new drone from DJI.

I have ordered the Mavic 2 Pro directly from DJI almost 2 weeks ago now and it is still has a status of "Payment Success".

Is this normal? I would like to gain an understanding of what is a typical fulfillment time so it sets my expectations.

I ordered a refurbished Phantom 3 Pro from the dji online store for $599 US. it was on my door step in Canada 3days later shipped via Fedex.
